The energy flow of your body is something you can drain out easily or something you can cultivate so it can last. Therefore, more conscious you are of the feeling the better your movements will look physically.
3. Rhythm - Musicality
Everything is vibration, therefore everything as a rhythm! Tuning up our senses the subtle elements of a song to be with it in a moment that represent your interpretation in a fusion of you, your movements and your environment which is the music.

The musicality is the skill, the knowledge, the state of mind of how you interpret the music you are listening to.
Through the class you can finish up the movements in your own way. You don't have to follow the choregraphies at a 100%

To start with the root chakra consciousness you have to be in the right state of mind to grasp a better experience of the whole dance class by getting into the zone from the get go.

WILL POWER
Focusing the energy located the navel area (billy button). Being aware of space, geometry, explosion, art. Its inner state is the WILL POWER to make things and go through life with laughter, joy, anger but trying to transmute the negative into positive.

Choose to cool off for the last song of your choice by stretching, relaxing or go at it one more time. Explore movements that brings you outside your confort zone.
